Saki Zenkokuhen anime ended

Today, with episode 13, saki zenkoku-hen anime ended. I think it take a while to see a new anime series, but as the manga is near it´s end (unless Kobayashi Ritsu decides to do Saki worl tour or something like that), that next series will be the ending.

Oh I forgot, there´s still Shinohayu out there. Only one season or two, if Shinohayu gets an anime.

We still have a while i'd say. The rest of the semi's and finals then probably the individuals. And i desperately want Shinohayu to get an anime.

Oh yeah I forgot about individuals as in the manga are not shown. Those will be in the next anime series for sure.

With Shinohayu, the problem is, being the second spinofff and not directly related to the original series as its events are from 10 years ago...

If the Shinohayu manga sells a lot, probably we can see an anime, but I don´t think so.

Vol 1 sold okay so there is hope. Especially whenever we get to the timeskip and have high school matches. But i want it to wait a while and not rush like Achiga.

Personally I liked Shinohayu 1st book. I hope they not rush, as you do. But I think they rushed not only with Achiga-hen but with Zenkoku-hen too.

They really did rush both of them.

I like Shinohayu too... I read all the way from chapter 1-6 in one hour. To be honest, it is a bit rushed. It has like 3 tournaments already with Mizuhara winning all of them. They put like one whole chapter about Kanna, which is super odd to me. They actually need some emotion in Shinohayu. It is just Kanna, Mizuhara, and Shino competing. The manga doesn't even show the whole match like Saki does. I hope they make improvements.

I need to re-read it to see if it´s rushed or not. When I read Shinohayu I felt the mahjong games were rushed but I only have the first book in japanese.

Saki is less rushed than Shinohayu. Shinohayu is like "chingchongpingpongdingdonghongkongbingbonggongging" THE END. Saki is better TBH. Saki Zenkoku-Hen ended but it says till "championships" Omo.. Like waaaat?

Well the Saki zenkoku-hen anime stopped on book 10 or so, there´s more to go, so the next part should be national final part or something like that...The spinoffs are a cool add, but if you don´t read them nothing get lost. Both are indeed rushed. Given that, as far as it goes, I liked them.

Usually the main story tend to be cooler when there are spinoffs out there in most manga, comics, series, anime, etc.
